Leidsche Rijn City Centre has been designated as a new centre area in the Leidsche Rijn district. Construction started in June 2014, and by the end of 2017, ASR Vastgoed Ontwikkeling and partner Vesteda has completed 31,000 m2 retail space, approximately 800 apartments, 11,500 m2 office space, 10,000 m2 restaurant space and commercial facilities as well as 2,000 parking spaces.
The Leidsche Rijn project is being implemented as a series of sub-projects, in which abcnova has been engaged as supervisory and after-sales coordinator for Plot 3 and site manager for Plot 4. This involves three blocks, consisting of commercial space and residences with a total area of approximately 34,000 m2, plus the completion of a parking garage (approximately 13,500 m2).
