Zuidoever

Cordaan, one of Amsterdam’s biggest healthcare organisations, is currently developing a new construction site in accordance with the new ‘Zuidoever’ residence/healthcare concept. The concept serves as a blueprint for residential/healthcare facilities, in which Zuidoever aims to offer high-quality living, well-being and care for old people in constant need of physical or mental healthcare. The design of the building is characterised by a modern, comfortable ambiance with which it distinguishes itself from more traditional healthcare institutions and nursing homes.

During the design phase, abcnova will act as the project manager and be responsible for the supervision of the design process, the formulation of specifications and the preparation of the corresponding drawings. During the implementation phase, abcnova will perform random quality inspections to ascertain whether the contractor is constructing the project in compliance with the contract.
