Construction TOWER TEN WTC Amsterdam official started
Monday, November 19th the construction of TOWER TEN kicked off with a festive lightshow. TOWER TEN is part of WTC Amsterdam on the Zuidas business district, the most successful office location in the Netherlands and one of the most popular business locations for companies. When completed, the development will have added 32,000 m2 to the WTC, spread over 22 storeys. The project also includes the complete renovation of the 17,000 m2 tower on the corner of Strawinskylaan/Beethovenstraat. The overhaul will ensure all offices and facilities are fully in line with the current high-value WTC concept.
CBRE Global Investors is expanding the WTC Amsterdam on behalf of CBRE Dutch Office Fund to offer companies the capability to growth within the office complex while also maintaining the highest level of rental options and services for these offices.
